1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your province) and legally able to enter a binding contract. You are responsible for making sure that using Belvoraine is lawful where you live.

2. Your account

You agree to provide accurate information during registration and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity on your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. The service

Belvoraine provides AI-driven trading software that analyses markets and executes trades through regulated third-party brokers according to settings you choose. Belvoraine is a technology provider; it does not hold client funds and does not provide personalised financial advice.

4. Risk acknowledgement

Trading stocks, forex, commodities and cryptocurrencies carries significant risk. You may lose some or all of your invested capital. Automated strategies can and do produce losses. You should only trade with money you can afford to lose.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to reverse-engineer our models, interfere with our systems, or use Belvoraine for any illegal purpose, including money laundering.

6. Fees

Registration is free. Any trading fees, spreads or commissions are set by your partner broker and disclosed before you fund your account.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Belvoraine is not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, or indirect damages arising from the use of the platform, market conditions, or third-party broker actions.

8. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or where required by law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
